Emerson's Bar Review

Emerson's Bookstore

The ten "What to Write" books which are used in Emerson's Bar Review Course are available for sale.

Each book contains learning tree diagrams which show the organization of the subject. The books give examples of what to write for sub topics within the subject.

For example, the Torts "What to Write" book provides a learning tree diagram which includes all the torts and their elements, and uses hypotheticals to illustrate what to write for duty, breach, actual causation, proximate cause, etc. The contracts book uses hypotheticals to illustrate what to write for formation of common law contracts, formation of UCC contracts, breach of contract, etc.
